don’t buy this
I had this for lunch and it was not good. For one, it was twice the amount most Trader Joe’s frozen meals are ($5.50). The orzo/spinach/zucchini stuff was horribly mushy and bland. And the tomatoes were just sour and gross. And I couldn’t taste the mint or the yogurt in the supposed yogurt and mint sauce.
Its only redeeming qualities were the generous portion of under-seasoned (even by my standards) salmon and the fact that the entire thing was only 300 calories.
One day I’ll remember that bastardized Mexican is the only frozen food that actually tastes good.
