Today I made buffalo chicken calzones and homemade thin mints!

I know my calzone looks like a baseball glove, but it was delicious and super easy to make! I bought pizza dough from Trader Joe’s (it’s $1) and then followed the recipe exactly***. The only adjustment I’d make would be doubling or even tripling the amount of hot sauce; even for me it was not spicy enough (or maybe my hot sauce just wasn’t the right kind?).

As for the thin mints…I would not try to make them. They’re delicious, but took way too much effort. On the upside, I discovered Nestle makes a dark chocolate and mint chocolate chip mixture. It’s half a bag of dark chocolate chips and half a bag of green, minty chips.

*** Instead of pan frying the chicken roommate Hannah baked it for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. By far the easiest way to cook chicken; moist every time.
